As part of the Client Financing Product Management team, the individual will be responsible for optimizing and facilitating growth for the Client Financing product within the Prime Services business at Citigroup. The individual will work alongside Sales/Origination, In Business Risk, FRM, Credit, Operations, Technology and product partners to develop the platform, manage risk, win new client mandates, increase share of wallet, drive revenue growth, optimize financial resources, create new innovative solutions for our clients and advance the overall Client Financing offering. The Product manager also stays abreast of industry and regulatory trends to help shape innovative product design, ensure risk and control, and provide critical thought leadership to clients. Key Responsibilities: Oversight and ownership of business P&L drivers

reviewing revenues, expenses and other key business metrics. Assessing trends in profitability and returns, and crafting growth plans in conjunction with sales. Taking action as appropriate to manage business metrics Driving innovation and continuous development of platform

Planning and prioritizing key enhancements to platform capabilities. These enhancements will encompass innovations to address new client demand and industry trends, enhancing business profitability, and strengthening risk and controls and regulatory compliance. The product manager will help scope and define the requirements for functionality enhancements, and work with technology and operations to deliver these. They will also liaise with other key stakeholders (legal, compliance, risk, etc) in solution design and delivery. Regulatory and industry expertise

Remain continuously abreast of key regulatory and industry changes that may impact the business and clients. Help adjust business direction to address material developments. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients to inform of them of changes that will impact them. Risk and control oversight

Maintain vigilance over business processes to ensure regulatory perfection and operational control is maintained. This includes working with operations and technology partners to make sure key regulatory functions are being performed correctly, and business risk around significant events (expiries, roll periods, settlements etc.) is supervised and controlled. Coordinating with in-business Risk and credit teams on client activity, and suitability for the platform

ensuring growth objectives are balanced with a risk mindset. Qualifications (Director Level): 10+ years of direct experience in Prime Services across multiple product lines Prior oversight of business P&L or financial resource metrics. Strong understanding of capital requirements. Knowledge of financial accounting is a plus. Established client relationships, built on solving problems or meeting client needs. This will include a knowledge of client trading strategies and key areas of focus Project Management skills with experience leading large cross functional initiatives Familiarity with various financing and margin regimes (Reg-T, Portfolio Margin, Enhanced Leverage) Previous experience interacting with Regulators (FINRA, SEC, FRBNY) Previous experience in legal contract negotiations a plus Ability to work across trading floor, including partnering with trading desks, Quantitative analysts and Risk functions to drive product capabilities that deliver business growth or reduce risk Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills, with a high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Must be able to obtain the Series 7, 63
