Special Projects House Attendant
The Four Seasons Resort L?na'i is looking for a Special Projects House Attendant who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our teams have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required. The Special Projects House Attendant is an integral part of the Housekeeping Team who collectively is responsible for the cleanliness and attention to detail of the hotel. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Supports a team of Room Attendants by ensuring guest room supplies are well stocked, trash and debris are removed from the rooms, and maintaining general cleanliness of guest floors and rooms. Assists with transporting rollaway beds and other larger items requested by our guests. Assists with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Lobby Attendant and Room Attendant. Finds opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest. Responding promptly to guest requests for additional items such as rollaway beds, cribs, and extra pillows. Assisting with room setups for children's amenities and VIP guests, and maintaining cleanliness of lanai furniture and windows. Scrubbing walkways to maintain cleanliness and safety. Buffing wood floors in the Upper and Lower lobbies as well as all restaurants with wood flooring. Maintaining the buffing and polishing of all shower glass surfaces, minibar areas, and bathroom sinks. Thorough cleaning of all PRP rooms, including: High dusting of the entire room, reaching ceilings and vents. Moving and cleaning behind all heavy furniture to remove dust and debris. Ensuring all carpets and cushions are properly cleaned and stains removed. Cleaning lanai furniture, glass doors, and screens to ensure they are spotless and well-maintained. Deep cleaning tasks including carpet shampooing and effective stain removal to restore freshness and appearance. Deep cleaning of upholstery, drapes, and curtains to eliminate dust and allergens. Thorough cleaning of vents, baseboards, ceiling fans, and light fixtures to maintain air quality and aesthetics. Scrubbing (with machines) patios, balconies, and exterior walkways to remove dirt buildup and enhance appearance. Spring/Seasonal cleaning including moving and cleaning under heavy furniture to eliminate hidden dust and dirt. Cleaning behind appliances and large fixtures to ensure comprehensive sanitation. Cleaning windows inside and outside, sometimes requiring special equipment for high or hard-to-reach areas. Special event preparation including setting up guest rooms or public areas for VIPs and conference rooms. Deep cleaning event spaces to meet high standards (VIPs and etc). Ensuring all details are perfect for high-profile guests, providing a flawless experience. And more! What to Bring: Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States. Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts. Strong customer service skills. High level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Weekend and holiday availability required.
