Support a large piece of business in partnership with the account management team

Conduct resource utilization reporting and ongoing management of scope and budget

Manage career development of Junior Project Managers and maintain a holistic view of their piece of business while managing day-to-day

Manage and mentor Project Managers and Junior Project Managers to ensure their successful growth within the department

Collaborate with account and production leads to plan and implement efficient ways of working

Draft initial staff plans for Statements of Work on assigned business or account

Collaborate with the Account lead to plan high-level project timing and advise on scopes and staffing allocations for the Creative Department

Manage schedules, resource allocations profitability and re-flighting within Workbook

Here's What You'll Need:

3+ years of project management experience and leading integrated teams

3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of film, radio, web, social or application design projects

2+ years of experience working in the semiconductor industry

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience

Experience managing multidisciplinary teams including Strategy, UX, Creative and Design

High proficiency with project management software

Ability to manage project budgets, scope and resource utilization

Strong leadership and mentoring skills

Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Outstanding communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Drive equivalents

Entrepreneurial nature and ability to solve for new processes and client/team needs

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.
