You will be responsible for: Lead all field operations and on-site teams Coordinate scheduling, subcontractor management, and quality control Monitor safety compliance and enforce site protocols Communicate progress with project managers and stakeholders Problem solve in real time to keep job moving efficiently Maintain strong working relationships with clients, inspectors, and trades MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The successful candidate will have: At least 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, ideally in the luxury residential or high end custom home market Skilled in fine woodwork Strong technical skills Attention to details Be able to jump right in, be a quick learner, get along with the team Strong work ethic Collaboration skills Communication skills What's on Offer
