Asbestos Abatement Project Manager
Under the direction of the Director of Operations and other company management, coordinate and supervise all activities related to asbestos abatement projects. Essential duties include: Project Planning Project Execution Management of Asbestos Abatement Personnel Safety Compliance Qualifications: Valid Michigan Drivers License Current Michigan Asbestos Contractor/Supervisor Accreditation Current Michigan Asbestos Awareness Training Certification Current Michigan Lead/Cadmium Awareness Training Certification Pass a Pre-Employment Drug Test, Background Check and Physical Ability to Work Flexible Hours Ability to Work at locations throughout Michigan and the northern portions of Indiana and Ohio Ability to supervise, manage, and direct the activities of one or more crews of laborers Dependability, Reliability and Punctuality Hard Working, Team Oriented, Safety Focused Integrity and Ethical Behavior Any offer of employment will be contingent on agreement and execution of an employment agreement which will include all terms and conditions of employment, including confidentiality, non-solicitation, and non-disparagement. Job Position Description: With a 'One Team' mentality, manage production crews and job assignments as assigned while following PuroClean production guidelines. Assign and coordinate jobs with the production crew, keeping the General/Operations Manager and Owner updated on all aspects of production. Supervise scheduling, coordination requirements for the job, completing job files and monitoring jobs from start to completion. Completing documentation in a timely manner and maintaining production costs at the established rate. Responsibilities: Managing Customer Satisfaction and representing the brand Effectively oversee all aspects of the production processes and customers' needs Identifying areas for improvement and managing relationships with centers of influence Managing production, pricing schedules, estimate details & coordinating with GM/Owner Leaving job sites with an orderly appearance and follow uniform and policy guidelines Communicating and managing customer concerns with GM/Owner effectively Maintaining cleanliness of products and equipment to the highest standard Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor and fellow technicians Qualifications: Experience in equipment, asset, and financial management Understanding of safety guidelines and ability to manage them on site and while traveling Aptitude with record keeping, recording information and communicating 'the message' Ability to identify areas of opportunity among teammates, coaching for growth Strength in team building and establishing lasting relationships with clients and teammates Benefits: Learn and develop new professional skills in a fast-paced environment Serve your community in their time of need.
