Shape the future of healthcare strategy with our immersive 18-month post-graduate program focused on Payer Strategy, Relationships, and Analytics. Working directly with our Payer Strategy Relationships Analytics Team, you'll gain diverse skills through rotations tailored to your interests within the Strategy pillar, receiving broad exposure to the complexities of payer strategy, data analysis, and strategic decision-making. This remote role, with occasional travel opportunities and an anticipated start date in July 2026, is designed to cultivate future leaders in healthcare strategy and analytics. What You'll Do: Meaningful Projects:

Participate in high-stakes settlements. Qualifications: What You'll Need:

Master's Degree in either: Master of Health Administration (MHA) Master of Business Administration (MBA) Master of Public Health (MPH) Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) Or equivalent degree from an accredited graduate program Strongly prefer a Master's degree in Business Administration, combined with an undergraduate background in disciplines such as Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, or the Sciences. Graduation Status: Completion of all on-campus requirements and eligibility to graduate upon fellowship completion Experience: Less than 5 years of professional experience. Graduation Date: Must have graduated with an applicable Master's Degree between Spring 2023-Spring 2027. Passion: A passion for CommonSpirit Health's mission and a commitment to "humankindness." Commitment: A strong interest in healthcare management and leadership, specifically within strategy and analytics.
