Location: Charlotte, Houston or possibly Dallas.
Schedule: Charlotte & Houston will follow the hybrid schedule of Monday and Friday are WFH, the others days are in the office. Rare occasions may call for overtime, but not expected.
Travel: Possible for a customer meeting or a trip to the field. Less than 10%.
Expenses: Mileage only for travel business purposes.

Project Manager - Small Cell
Role Responsible for all designated projects with a focus on associated finances and project schedule which includes coordinating all deliverables and requirements across a broad cross-functional project team. Verify all projects are completed according to the underlying customer contract and agreed-upon timelines while complying with ***'s code of conduct, policies, and procedures. Identify and lead mitigation of project risk while keeping key stakeholders informed. This role requires a clear and concise understanding of all project management principles: Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring, Controlling, and Closing.
Responsibilities • Understand customer scope of work, goals, project timelines, and expected run rates • Drive resource and logistical needs to stay ahead of project requirements • Attend deployment customer meetings as a subject matter expert (SME) for *** • Ensure *** and customer systems are maintained with accurate and reportable data • Report project status against commitments and keep all stakeholders informed • Resolve conflicts and drive issue resolution with all stakeholders • Own financial accountability across all individuals and collection of assigned projects • Manage risk, actions, issues, dependencies, scope creep and other work order changes according to contractual practices • Escalate issues through internal lines of business and with customer management hierarchy

Experience/Minimum Requirements • Minimum of five (5) + years of project management experience • Experience managing project budgets or related financial experience • MS Excel - working with large data and organizing the data
Other Skills/Abilities • Knowledge of construction services: Telco, power, fiber, basic construction, and antennas • Knowledge of public right of way project deployment • Ability to direct the diagnosis of workflow problems, critical paths and institute remedies • Ability to read and understand financial metrics and identify remedies to financial issues • Customer-facing project management experience preferred • Strong verbal and written communication skills
