Flexible Work Schedules:
15-30+ hours per week. You will work with the Manager to create a work schedule that works for you.
Hours available during weekdays and weekends between 7am to 7pm. Must work at least 4 hours per shift. Available Work Locations (all in Wisconsin) : Belleville, Burlington, Cottage Grove, Evansville, Fall River, Osseo, Whitewater.

Customer Solutions Specialist Essential Responsibilities:
ALCIVIA is looking for a Seasonal Customer Solutions Specialist to join our Grain Business Unit. In this position, you will be a part of our Grain Customer Service Team and work on administrative tasks within our computer system while trucks are driving up to the vehicle weight-scale while they are entering/leaving our facility location. The primary administrative tasks within our computer systems include: weighing trucks, product sample testing, generating scale tickets, and communicating with the truck drivers through the speaker system. This position is responsible for providing effective customer support for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-department knowledge of ALCIVIA products and services as well as communicating effectively with team members throughout ALCIVIA. On-the-job training will be provided. This is an active position that requires you to stand for long periods of time.
Administrative tasks within computer system when trucks are on the vehicle weight-scale Sample test and weigh the product (grain, wheat, etc.) on all inbound & outbound product loads Document the sample testing and weight of the product by issuing scale tickets through our computer system Accurately grade grain and apply discounts for moisture, foreign material, damage, vomitoxin and other discounts as necessary (training will be provided) Provide high level of Customer Service by being courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable Successfully and quickly answer customer questions Answer telephone promptly and direct calls as needed Notify management regarding important service issues or customer concerns Partner with originators to exceed customer expectations Support cross-divisional collaboration whenever possible Maintaining a safe and clean work environment Understanding and adhering to all safety rules Help in other areas of the business as bandwidth allows Other duties as assigned Requirements
