Client Implementation Specialist

to drive high-quality onboarding experiences, align operational workflows, and support long-term client success across a growing portfolio of enterprise partners.

Position Summary

The Client Implementation Specialist will serve as a key member of the Implementation and Onboarding department. This individual will lead the onboarding and activation process for new clients, acting as the primary liaison during the implementation phase. The Client Implementation Specialist will work cross-functionally with internal departments and client stakeholders to gather requirements, configure product workflows, deliver training, and support clients through their first billing cycle.

This position is suited for a highly organized, client-facing operator with a demonstrated track record in project management, healthcare operations, and technical onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

Client Onboarding & Relationship Management Manage the full implementation process from contract signing through the transition to the Client Success department; Build strong, trust-based relationships through clear, proactive, and responsive communication; Coordinate across internal departments and client stakeholders to ensure alignment on project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Technical Setup & Enablement

Facilitate product setup and technical integrations for both clinical and administrative users; Lead training sessions, onboarding meetings, and product walkthroughs to build client confidence and self-sufficiency; Guide clients through their first billing cycle, including invoicing, claims workflows, and reimbursement tracking. Project Execution & Operational Support

Track implementation milestones and proactively manage timelines, risks, and dependencies; Monitor patient enrollment and usage trends to identify optimization opportunities; Escalate blockers to senior team members and collaborate on cross-functional resolutions to ensure on-time delivery. Required Experience

Must reside in the United States of America and be legally authorized to work without employer visa sponsorship, now or in the future; Bachelor's degree in business administration, business management, or closely related business field; Minimum of two years of relevant experience in client-facing project management, consulting, or operations; Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with diverse stakeholders; Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through; Analytical mindset with the ability to solve problems independently and collaboratively. Preferred Experience

Familiarity with healthcare workflows, provider operations, and/or medical billing; Experience onboarding clients in Software as a Service platforms or enterprise healthcare software; Exposure to electronic medical records and electronic health records, telehealth platforms, or patient engagement tools.
