We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer to help redesign our financial engine, real-time infrastructure, and user-facing applications. You will be instrumental in building the next generation of CFTC-compliant systems supporting millions in financial transactions. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership, setting high standards for performance, scalability, and maintainability. Responsibilities Lead architecture and design for high-performance, scalable systems Conduct thorough code reviews, mentor developers, and enforce coding standards Build and optimize backend systems, APIs, and market data pipelines Collaborate across teams to deliver secure, compliant, and maintainable solutions nalyze performance issues, recommend improvements, and drive DevOps best practices Requirements
6+ years developing enterprise-grade applications in .NET Expertise in C#, ASP.NET (MVC/Web API), SQL Server, and multi-tier architecture Proven experience designing scalable, high-transaction systems Strong leadership in code review culture and mentoring Knowledge of CI/CD, Azure DevOps, and cloud-based architecture (Azure preferred) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field Tech Stack C#, ASP.NET (MVC, Web API, Web Forms), Entity Framework, LINQ, T4, HTML5, Bootstrap, jQuery, Vue.js, SQL Server, Redis, Kafka, Azure DevOps, Azure Cloud Services, Visual Studio 2022, SSRS
