The Client Account Representative will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and aligning our solutions with each client's unique goals. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate between internal teams and clients to achieve desired outcomes.
Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention Understand client needs and work with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions Prepare and present account updates, performance reports, and project timelines Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts Resolve client concerns promptly and effectively Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive client success Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred 2+ years of experience in account management, client services, or a related role Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset Additional Information
