As a Senior Manager, Alliances And Renewals at Litera, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about driving innovation in the legal technology space. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and collaborate with industry experts to deliver solutions that make a real difference in the legal profession. Key Responsibilities
Build relationships with partners All aspects of onboarding new partners including setup/configuration of Litera Microsystems software and distribution of sales collateral Training related to value proposition and product demos Assist in the definition and execution of go to market plans for each partner Conduct forecast calls with partners to register new opportunities, track existing opportunities and update quarterly forecast Working with Finance to ensure that partner commissions are tracked and paid on time Ongoing communication to partners regarding product releases and new sales/marketing collateral Provide on the job training for partners via co-selling activities Assist the partner with product evaluations: defining the plan, sharing best practices, coordinating support from other Litera Microsystems teams Maintain partner and opportunity information in Salesforce Provide support for evaluations and post sales issues with partner engineers, and quickly transition them to appropriate internal resources Present at channel driven marketing activities on an as needed basis Conduit to product management for partners regarding product related bugs and enhancements Keep current on legal and life science market trends as they relate to partner needs Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or relevant certification is a plus. Minimum of 8 years in partnership management, business development, or related roles. Proven track record in building and maintaining strategic partnerships. Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM and partnership management tools. Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Results-driven with a focus on growth and collaboration. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, Litera offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
