The Portfolio Product Manager will lead the strategic management and growth of our Industrial General Purpose Cleaners product portfolio to drive customer demand, market differentiation, and commercial success. With a strong focus on market insights, brand positioning, and go-to-market execution, this role will align portfolio strategy with customer needs and business objectives. The ideal candidate will combine a growth mindset with deep marketing expertise and the ability to turn data into action that amplifies product visibility, accelerates adoption, and delivers revenue impact. Lead the development and execution of a compelling portfolio marketing strategy, identifying whitespace opportunities, high-growth segments, and rationalization needs to optimize portfolio performance. Partner cross-functionally with R&D, Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance to bring new innovations to market, align on product positioning, and activate commercialization plans. Translate customer insights, competitor intelligence, and market trends into differentiated product messaging, campaign strategies, and content that elevates brand value. Own the creation of go-to-market plans-including launch calendars, sales toolkits, campaign assets, and digital content-that enable sales success and accelerate product uptake. Monitor portfolio performance, including sales, profitability, and market penetration. Identify risks and implement corrective actions to maximize value creation. Champion demand generation by collaborating with marketing communications to develop integrated campaigns that amplify awareness and conversion. Leverage data analytics and market intelligence to support strategic decision-making, inform product positioning, product launch and campaigns to promote product and influence roadmap prioritization. Create and maintain go-to-market tools and sales enablement materials that support sales effectiveness and customer engagement. Serve as the portfolio expert, delivering product knowledge, training, and strategic marketing support to customer-facing teams. Support portfolio pricing strategy, product setup, and lifecycle administration to ensure commercial readiness and operational excellence. Minimum position qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. Five or more years of experience in product management, portfolio management, or strategic marketing within a B2B or manufacturing environment is required. Strong business acumen, excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset, knowledge of industrial cleaners and general-purpose cleaners, industrial fabrication and manufacturing, solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite with abilities to learn multiple systems, and excellent communication and presentation skills are also required. Candidates should live within reasonable commute of Corporate Offices in Sharonville, OH.
