Position Type: On-Call RN Pay Range: $36 - $44 / hour depending on experience LPN Pay Range: $29 - $35 / hour depending on experience Location: 14650 Garrett Ave, Apple Valley, MN 55124 Employees stay with Apple Valley because the facility is good. They like what they are doing and what we are supposed to do. We like and respect each other. Nurse Responsibilities
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care plans for residents. Recognize and manage common geriatric syndromes common to aging adults: cardiovascular, respiratory, urinary, neurological, sensory and pain problems. Display a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff. Administer medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitor for effectiveness/response. Manage medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures. Document care using computerized medication administration and charting software. Notify Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and take follow up action as necessary. Perform additional duties as required. Must have a current Minnesota RN or LPN license and be in good standing. Self-starter with a desire to be a part of a team. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Benefits
