Enterprise Content Management Implementations Sr Professional II What does a successful Enterprise Content Management Implementations Sr Professional II do at Fiserv? As an Enterprise Content Management Implementations Sr Professional II, you will be a key contributor in the Implementations organization, working directly with clients, managing all or part of ECM conversions, upgrades, migrations, and add-ons for multiple ECM products. You will be engaged in the project from beginning to end, playing a key role in participating in Discovery, Data Spec Review, System Configuration, Testing, Project Management & Implementation. You will be involved in planning, coordinating, and managing all activities involved in their assigned functional workstream areas required by the client. What you will do: Manage all aspects of your assigned workstreams from beginning to end, developing project plans, consulting with clients on solutions, managing key deliverables, and reporting on issues, risks, and status Set up and customize the various ECM products and services selected by the client, ensuring an end-to-end quality integration Ensure custom development is delivered as required for the client Help drive resolution of issues through problem solving, identification of necessary resources, and escalation What you will need to have: 6+ years of experience in multiple ECM products (Nautilus, Director, OnBase) along with understanding of database structures in each 6+ years of experience in implementing and troubleshooting software 6+ years of experience in a client facing role Bachelor's degree in computer science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, military, and work experience What would be great to have: Experience with and knowledge of Fiserv platforms and products/services Experience in financial services, banking and/or fintech industries Important info about this role: We're better together!
