Our client, a leader in the supply chain industry, is seeking an Order Fulfillment Specialist to join their team. As an Order Fulfillment Specialist, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and a proactive problem-solving mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Manage stock allocations to prevent shortages in customer sales orders based on business rules and customer prioritization. Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure fulfillment of orders and mitigate out-of-stock risks. Execute strategies from Operational Demand & Supply Review to align stock allocation with business priorities. Utilize GLOBE functionalities to automate the allocation process and manage inventory effectively. Communicate potential shortages and coordinate mitigation actions with relevant stakeholders. What's Needed?
Undergraduate degree strongly preferred. 2 - 4 years of experience in Supply Chain, including Order Management and Inventory Management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with SAP, BW, and Business Objects preferred. Excellent analytical aptitude with the ability to interpret data effectively. Strong customer service mindset and a passion for improving processes and service delivery. What's in it for me?
