Please note: This is a six-month minimum contract position, with the possibility of extension or transition to a full-time role.

Location:

This is a hybrid role with a minimum in-office requirement of 3 days per week in the Las Colinas, TX office located at 225 East John Carpenter Freeway, Irving, Texas 75062.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a

Talent Acquisition Specialist

to join our dynamic team and drive recruiting efforts for various roles across the company. As a critical member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process and work closely with the Talent Acquisition Team, HRBP's and Hiring Managers to ensure our staffing needs are met with highly qualified professionals. Responsibilities:

You will be the first point of contact for new candidates in the hiring process and play a critical role in identifying talent to join Trend.

Scheduling interviews for the talent acquisition team and hiring managers

Handling the Recruiting Process for Interns and Co-Ops Programs in our NABU locations

Identifying, attracting, and evaluating both passive and active candidates through a variety of search methods to include, but not limited to social media, applicant tracking system, job boards, networking, etc.

Establishing and nurturing relationships with prospects

Partnering with hiring managers to understand position requirements and support them in efforts to find the best candidates in the market

Creating an exceptional candidate experience by maintaining excellent communication and guiding candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process

Promoting Trend's branding on social media and websites to attract talent

Utilizing inclusive hiring practices throughout the recruitment lifecycle

Qualifications/Requirements:

2+ years in dedicated Recruiting and/or Recruiting Coordinator

Experience in handling interns and co-op programs preferred

Experience managing full cycle talent acquisition process

Hands-on experience on WORKDAY preferred

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer service focus

Strong organizational and time management skills

Passionate about recruiting and engaging with candidates, hiring managers, and business leaders
