Partner with the best The Materials Process Improvement Leader is responsible for enhancing supply chain efficiency, embedding engineering best practices, and driving continuous improvement across the value chain. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, cross-functional collaboration, and a passion for aligning engineering and supply chain strategies to improve product and business outcomes. As a Materials Process Improvement Leader, you will be responsible for: Facilitating continuous improvement projects that align engineering and supply chain priorities. Supporting cross-functional initiatives to improve lead time, reduce inventory, and enhance product profitability. Collaborating with design and manufacturing engineers to ensure consistent part usage and design-to-cost strategies Developing and implementing standardized engineering documentation and specifications across the value chain. Leveraging analytics to identify part usage trends, obsolescence risks, and cost-saving opportunities. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Have 8-10 years of experience in engineering including a focus on materials management, Have cross functional collaboration experience, Possess experience analyzing data to identify trends and savings, Be proficient in MS Excel Work in a way that works for you We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
