Job Opportunity
The business lead will drive the adoption and cultural integration of Microsoft 365 Copilot and Viva across the enterprise. This role will lead change strategy, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training initiatives to ensure successful transformation outcomes. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy prioritized around the teammate experience. Partner with HR, Communications, and Product teams to align messaging and training for various M365 production adoption strategies. Lead stakeholder analysis, readiness assessments, and resistance management. Design and deliver enablement materials, including training, FAQs, and success stories with a focus on driving M365 product adoption (priority focus on AI). Measure adoption metrics and adjust strategies based on feedback and performance. Facilitate focus groups, feedback sessions, and executive briefings. Analyze and interpret usage data to produce reporting for key business decisions. Qualifications Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in a business or IT field, or equivalent education and related training Five years of experience managing in an IT environment Five years of experience implementing and supporting large scale web/middleware solutions Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated proficiency in learning and applying technical concepts Ability to successfully interact with all levels of management across all lines of business and negotiate complex technical issues Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products Preferred Qualifications: Experience with M365 platform (Teams, Viva, Power Platform) Experience with Smart Brevity Strong AI thought leadership Excellent Communication skills Experience leading training on products and services Other Job Requirements / Working Conditions: Sitting
