The Maintenance Technician works as a key member of a high-performance team responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations and facilities in a pharmaceutical production environment. This position reports to the Facilities Manager, is on 1st shift, and is 100% onsite at the Bloomington, Indiana facility. The Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair electrical/mechanical failures Assist in developing, monitoring, and performing preventative maintenance procedures Maintain appropriate equipment documentation and change control according to internal procedure HVAC maintenance of non-critical unit Paint and repair walls Light carpentry work including small area remodels/repairs Concrete repair and patch Maintenance of doors and hardware Light plumbing sinks, toilets, water fountains Flooring repairs carpet, vinyl, and/or ceramic tile Office/furniture setup What You'll Need
HS Diploma or GED (technical Associates degree preferred) Industrial maintenance experience in a multi craft environment preferred Experience in construction, carpentry, commercial/industrial repair (painting, drywall, concrete, etc.) Valid Indiana Driver's License Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to use enterprise software (JDE, BPLM, Veeva, Trackwise) Physical / Safety Requirements
Able to lift, push/pull, and carry up to 50 pounds Required to stand for over 4 hours per day Able to lift 20 pounds overhead Able to wear personal protective equipment, as required May be required overtime work, including nights and weekends Able to use of hands and fingers to manipulate office equipment and hand tools In Return, You'll Be Eligible For
