This role is responsible for leading strategic enterprise sales initiatives, driving revenue growth, and building strong, long-term relationships with key healthcare stakeholders. You will manage complex sales cycles, identify high-value opportunities, and provide consultative solutions tailored to the needs of large healthcare organizations. Working closely with internal teams, you will influence product adoption, maximize account growth, and ensure clients achieve measurable outcomes. Accountabilities Drive enterprise sales growth by managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract negotiation and deal closure. Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders, including CMOs, CMIOs, and CIOs. Deliver consultative solutions that address client-specific challenges and articulate measurable business outcomes. Develop and execute strategies for large deals ($1M+) and identify opportunities to expand existing accounts. Track customer information, forecasts, and sales metrics using CRM tools to maintain visibility and accountability. Collaborate with internal teams, including professional services, product, and customer success, to ensure seamless client experiences. Stay informed on product developments, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies. Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets through new business and account expansion.
