Piping Drafter/Designer Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Piping Drafter/Designer to join our team in Spartanburg, SC. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to go direct hire within six months of your start date. The ideal candidate will have experience generating construction drawings and working with CAD software to design structural frames, piping isometrics, and vessels. Key responsibilities include: Generate construction drawings for structural frames, piping isometrics, and vessels. Perform structural 3D design using SolidWorks. Create piping isometrics using AutoCAD/SolidWorks. Perform P&ID red-line revisions in AutoCAD. Design vessels using SolidWorks. Enjoy a super flexible work schedule! Core hours are Monday-Thursday from 9 AM to 3 PM. Employees can decide when to come in and leave around those hours. Most team members finish their work before lunch on Friday. For example, work 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM Monday-Thursday, and finish any remaining hours on Friday. Then go home and enjoy your weekend! Requirements include: Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD and/or SolidWorks). On-the-job drafting/design experience in one or more of the following areas: Structural 3D Design. Piping Isometrics. P&ID Red-line Revisions. Vessel Design. Preferred qualifications include: 5+ years of relevant experience. Proficiency in SolidWorks.
