Provide mentorship and coaching to all Directors of Financial Aid (DFA) within assigned region. Acting DFA when necessary. Working closely with Financial Aid Management to ensure process efficiency and effectiveness interdepartmentally. Assist in the development of policies and procedures. Provide training and guidance when needed. Provide assistance to Campus DFA's in an effort develop goals and objectives. Provide strategic and effective reporting to ensure campuses are meeting key performance goals. Recruit, supervise, and oversee training of the financial aid staff. Resource management. Special projects for VP of SFS. Qualifications
