Reframe Systems is on a mission to build net-zero carbon housing for all, at massive scale. To achieve our mission, we need to make net-zero carbon housing more affordable and we are re-imagining how housing is designed and built. Our modular building platform and highly-automated production system will drive down cost, delivery time, and embodied carbon for ADUs and multifamily housing. What We're Looking For
We are seeking a Water Spider to join our team and play a critical role in our factory operations. This position is responsible for efficient material movement within the factory, directly contributing to improved labor efficiency and throughput. The ideal candidate is comfortable in a manufacturing/warehouse environment and has experience operating forklifts. Responsibilities
Perform timely and accurate delivery of materials to workstations throughout the factory as needed. Work closely with the Inventory Control Associate to receive and organize incoming materials. Ensure all materials are stored and moved safely and efficiently. Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and proficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations. Communicate effectively with the operations manager and other team members regarding material needs and inventory levels. Identify and report any discrepancies or issues with materials or inventory. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in material flow and factory efficiency. Basic Qualifications
Proven experience driving forklifts in a manufacturing or warehouse setting. Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing/warehouse environment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, work overhead, and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to read and understand basic inventory and material movement documents. Adherence to all safety protocols and regulations. Career Growth Opportunities
