Encino, CA (ideal for candidates already in the Valley) Schedule:

7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 4 days/week (flexible days) Compensation:

$35/hour + overtime (W-2) Start Date:

As soon as the right fit is found A warm, young, and progressive family in Encino is seeking an

experienced and nurturing full-time nanny

to join their household and care for their infant twins (8 months ish). This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned childcare professional-especially someone based in the Valley-who thrives in a busy, loving home and enjoys working collaboratively with parents to create a healthy, supportive environment. About the Role: The ideal candidate will bring

5+ years of professional nanny experience , with a strong preference for those who have worked with

twins or multiples . You'll be responsible for all aspects of the twins' daily care, from

feeding and developmental play

to tracking milestones and maintaining their routines. The family values someone who is organized, discreet, proactive, a strong driver, and a true

team player . Key Responsibilities: Provide loving, attentive, and professional care for infant twins, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Support developmental milestones (tummy time, rolling over, sitting, crawling, first words, etc.) Plan age-appropriate activities to encourage physical, cognitive, and emotional development Prepare bottles, meals, and snacks; transition to solids when developmentally appropriate Assist with light household tasks related to the children, including tidying play areas, laundering baby clothes, and sanitizing bottles/toys Occasionally cook simple family meals Drive the children as needed for outings, activities, or appointments Maintain detailed communication with parents about schedules, feedings, naps, and developmental progress Travel with the family domestically and internationally when needed Respect the privacy of the family and maintain strict confidentiality Qualifications: 5+ years of professional nanny experience

(twin or multiples experience strongly preferred) Deep understanding of

infant and toddler development Confident driver with a clean driving record CPR & First Aid certified (or willing to obtain) Up-to-date vaccinations (including TDAP, flu, COVID preferred) Comfortable working in a home with cats Flexible, adaptable, and able to travel with the family Highly organized, reliable, and team-oriented Why This Job is Great: This is an opportunity to work in a supportive, respectful household that values collaboration and open communication.
