Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent. This role will work closely with department managers to understand current and future hiring needs, source qualified candidates through multiple channels, and manage the full recruitment cycle to ensure the selection of high-quality employees.
Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and role requirements. Source candidates via databases, social media, networking, and referrals. Screen resumes and applications to assess qualifications and fit. Conduct interviews using structured and reliable selection methods. Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Manage the onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires. Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and building strong relationships. Promote the organization's reputation as an employer of choice. Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally within the aerospace or manufacturing industry. Proficiency in sourcing and recruiting tools, including social media platforms and databases. Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
