About the RoleThis key position will facilitate daily support tasks for the DTC eCommerce team, ensuring effective development, execution and analysis of campaigns to meet revenue targets.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport delivery of budgeted eCommerce conversion metrics and revenue targets across websites, emails and promotional campaignsMaintain and update multiple Brand stores, ensuring product listings, collections, and other content are current and accurateManage campaign product and promotion setup in eCommerce systems like Shopify Execute email marketing campaigns using platforms like Klaviyo and Salesforce Marketing CloudContent management including sourcing, developing and implementing for websites, emails and advertisingAssist eCommerce Manager with ongoing data collection, performance report development, and insights to maximize execution on future campaignsProven experience working with SFCC, SFMC, Shopify, Klaviyo or equivalent ecommerce platform and ESPWorking knowledge of key email data metrics and Google AnalyticsWorking knowledge of content requirements for Google and Meta adsAbout you Must be a quick learner, technically curious, and able to adapt to changing technical and business requirementsAnalytical and problem-solving skills, and strong attention to detailAbility to prioritize and work effectively across several projects with different stakeholders in a fast-paced environment from conception to deliveryExcellent time management, communication, and organizational skills Proven ability to deliver results and respond to ambitious KPIsSkilled at collaboration and working effectively with cross functional teams and external agenciesExperience managing content with varied forms of digital content across digital platforms in both static and video formatsWhy you'll love it here:Our culture is built on bringing our whole selves, being courageous and delivering together - it's our DNA and the heart of who we are at TWE. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work out of our Napa location. If the incumbent works out of another location, the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
