As a Sr. Facilities Maintenance Technician, you'll be the backbone of our distribution center operations, ensuring our sophisticated automation systems run efficiently. Troubleshoot and Solve Complex Problems Diagnose and repair advanced electronic and electro-mechanical systems including conveyors, A-frames, automated technologies, and critical facility infrastructure Lead Technical Response Take charge during system failures, communicating effectively with team members and guiding resolution efforts under pressure Maintain Mission-Critical Equipment Provide troubleshooting experience (i.e. electrical, mechanical support) for facility systems including printers, strappers, compressors, and automation equipment (to include A-Frame, OSRs, Palletizers, PIT equipment, and Conveyors). Collaborate Across Teams Work with vendors, operations, IT, and contractors to ensure seamless maintenance and system upgrades Train and Develop Share your expertise by leading and training other facilities assistants in technical procedures and safety protocols Available Shift
Night Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 5:00 pm - 1:30 am Note: All positions require flexibility with work hours and days, including holidays and occasional short-notice call-ins to support our 24/7 operation. Overtime is required as needed. What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience troubleshooting control systems (relay logic to microprocessor-based controls) 3+ years of experience with electrical and mechanical systems including: power feeders and transformers, generators and switchgear, AC/DC drives and PLCs, UPS systems and compressors, air handling units and CRAC units Proficiency reading and interpreting electrical schematics Experience with LOTO procedures and OSHA regulations Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams Experience with CMMS programs such as Maintenance Connect Computer skills including SCADA systems and basic email proficiency; experience with Windows operating systems and work order management Preferred Qualifications: Associate degree or trade school certification in a relevant technical field or time in role Knowledge of National Electrical Code (NEC) Light electrical construction experience Hydraulics and pneumatics expertise Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) experience About McKesson
