Location: Bridgewater Workplace type: Hybrid As a Customer Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include: Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support Responding promptly to customer inquiries is critical Processing customer orders for ingredient products, addressing questions, resolving issues, and responding to inquiries Ensuring the accuracy of order data and acting as the expert for the order processing flow (system and processes) Computing mathematical calculations related to order processing, delivery times, and freight as necessary Ensuring all customer complaints are acknowledged and entered according to department and company procedures Being knowledgeable of nuances within multiple business departments i.e., Logistics, Order Coordination, etc. Seeking to purposefully identify issues, consider alternative solutions, and take corrective action to resolve problems Utilizing company databases to ensure procedures are followed, providing accurate information, and updating documents as necessary Prioritizing tasks accurately and in a timely manner Collaborating with and supporting team members; participating in group problem solving and team activities Recommending and implementing process improvements Serving as a liaison between external customers and internal functions to ensure customer satisfaction The Customer Support Specialist position is well-suited for you if you: Care First

Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any). Incentive Compensation: As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus.
