Lead Analyst - Health & Wellbeing
Hiring Manager: Senior Manager - Wellbeing Location: Orange, CT Work Type: Office The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location, ranging from $113,000 to $129,824. Summary: Responsible for assisting with the implementation, administration, operation, compliance, and oversight of Avangrid's health and wellbeing program (wellbeing benefits, platform, incentives, communications, vendors, reports, etc). This position will also work in partnership with the Benefits, Health & Safety and Retirement teams to create awareness, inspire support, and drive engagement in our wellbeing programs as well as help employees adopt and maintain well-rounded healthy lifestyles. Key Responsibilities: Assist in reviewing, developing, and implementing flexible and holistic health programs that are diverse, equitable, and inclusive and focused on improving employee outcomes, optimizing costs, and maintaining market competitiveness. Tracking and analyzing data, review of key performance indicators for health programs and track utilization/engagement to measure effectiveness over time. Manage annual benefit fairs & flu vaccination events, including employee communications and engagement. Maintain and update health program materials to ensure accurate and effective communication. Administer employee wellbeing survey/s to guide decision making on existing and potential new programs. Partner with external vendors and assist with reviewing performance metrics. Participate in ad hoc projects, as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Health related field with 8 or more years relevant corporate experience focused on the development, administration, operation and evaluation of health & wellbeing related programs.
