We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Business Development Center (BDC) / Service Support Representative to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound communications, engaging with potential customers, and supporting the sales team in achieving dealership goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Schedule appointments for sales representatives and follow up with leads to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the dealership's CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion. Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with potential clients. Assist in the development of marketing campaigns to attract new customers. Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred. Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.
