The HR & Onboarding Coordinator (TEMP) works in a fast-paced, service-oriented team environment and effectively supports the new hire onboarding process in all areas and phases. They provide customer service & system troubleshooting to new and hiring managers and ensure compliance through detailed administrative tasks and thorough audit.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Act as first-tier support via phone, email and TEAMS for any onboarding related questions and work with the HRIS and Payroll teams as needed for next level support to see issues resolved to completion. Monitor & manage email inboxes and voicemail for onboarding questions daily. Act as first-tier support for I-9 and E-Verify troubleshooting, manage tentative non-confirmations & reverifications and run daily audits to ensure federal compliance. Act as a liaison with our Applicant Tracking System, HR Information Systems, Human Capital Management & Time Keeping vendor representatives, attend all meetings pertaining to the ATS, HRIS, HCM and time keeping, drive and partner with HR teams to ensure that any changes and updates needed (related to onboarding) for the systems are completed, and submit any Service Request tickets with vendors if there is an issue with the systems and see them to resolution. Conduct daily audits to ensure all new hire onboarding plans are done to completion within their first day of work. Partner with Hiring Managers to work through any issues if necessary. Assist in processing new hires and payroll changes in a timely manner while ensuring the highest level of accuracy. Assist with data entry and administrative projects as assigned. Create, run, and upload reports as needed. Uses discretion and initial independent decision making to research unusual scenarios. Demonstrates high level of quality work, attendance and appearance. Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management. Adhere to all local, federal and state laws in addition to Company policies, procedures, and practices. Performs any other duties that may be assigned by management. Qualifications

Strong communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills. 1-2 years of experience with ATS, HRIS, HCM and/or Time-Keeping systems. Excels in building relationships with others quickly. Strong systems proficiency; intermediate level of experience with Excel, Word and Outlook. Ability to think creatively, outside of the box. Effective communication skills, oral & written. Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently and meet critical deadlines. Competencies
