The individual will be responsible for driving the development and execution of a Black Belt program, acting as a strategic liaison between two fully staffed application teams. With both applications already crafted and designed, the role focuses on interfacing with design enhancements, identifying and addressing pain points, and implementing process improvements. Daily responsibilities include creating and refining process flows, collaborating closely with development teams, and engaging internal business u to ensure solutions are aligned with operational needs. This position requires strong cross-functional communication, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable strategies that support organizational excellence.
