Join our student housing team for a short-term assignment and help keep our community running smoothly with hands-on maintenance support! Location:
Eugene, OR Schedule : 8a-5p Pay rate:
16.50 Duties: Assist with basic repairs (e.g., plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, door locks) Respond to maintenance requests and work orders in a timely manner Perform routine inspections of rooms, common areas, and equipment Support move-in and move-out processes (e.g., furniture setup, room turnover) Help maintain grounds and common areas, including trash removal and minor landscaping Report safety hazards, damage, or needed repairs to supervisors Ensure tools and supplies are properly stored and maintained Follow all safety protocols and procedures Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous maintenance or handyman experience is a plus Ability to use basic hand and power tools Good communication and problem-solving skills Must be dependable and able to work independently or as part of a team Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks Contact Information Please apply using the link - Midway Staffing Jobs
