We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with direct experience overseeing School Construction Authority (SCA) projects in NYC. This role requires strong organizational skills, deep knowledge of public agency processes, and the ability to manage complex schedules, budgets, and compliance requirements. Lead all phases of public agency construction projects, particularly SCA assignments. Manage schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and agency representatives. Ensure compliance with SCA standards, safety regulations, and reporting requirements. Oversee subcontractor performance and maintain quality control. Resolve project challenges while maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships. 5+ years of project management experience with NYC public agencies, specifically the SCA. Thorough understanding of SCA processes, codes, and procedures. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Procore, MS Project, and other project management software. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred. What's on Offer
