Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Ravena, NY Who You Are:

As a Fulfillment Coordinator, you will be part of our Logistics team and responsible for order processing, packing, QA, counting, and reconciliation. You will report directly to the Inventory Supervisor. Your tasks as a Fulfillment Coordinator involve inventory and execution accuracy and compliance in all phases of the logistics cycle. What You'll Do: Printing compliant labels for order processing Picking and packing orders Performing QA on orders for compliance and accuracy Assisting with sales orders and manifest creation in the State track and trace system MJFreeway Inventory vault counts and product check-in Labelling product locations Assist in performing audits/cycle counts weekly or as needed Assist with new operations projects as needed Perform other duties as assigned. What You'll Bring: High school diploma or Bachelor's degree Expertise in Fulfilment / pick and pack Experience in ERP systems and specifically Warehouse Mgmt. or other Inventory Control software systems Skilled in working across Microsoft Office Suite with Excel expertise High attention to detail and work accuracy Strong verbal and communication skills Strong work ethic and ability to own processes/systems, functions independently Problem-solving mentality Team player mentality who approaches problems and opportunities with passion and integrity Even Better If:

You have experience with MJFreeway or other seed-to-sale software a plus Physical Requirements:

Must possess the physical aptitude and health necessary to perform manual labor tasks required to accomplish duties, including but not limited to: Sitting, standing, and performing repetitive tasks for long periods of time. Standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted, carrying packaging, product totes, pushing carts, etc. Able to use hands, wrists, and forearms repetitively and with dexterity. Able to wear required personal protective equipment for the duration of the shift. This position has allergen warnings - Potential exposure to dust, pollen, and plant pathogens.
