We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Account Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist in managing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, and supporting sales initiatives. You will work closely with senior representatives and cross-functional teams to meet client needs and drive results. Key Responsibilities Responsibilities Support senior account representatives in managing client portfolios. Communicate with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction. Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and reports for clients. Collaborate with internal teams to execute projects and meet deadlines. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system. Monitor account performance and provide recommendations for improvement. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred). 1+ year of experience in customer service, account management, or sales support. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Benefits Benefits Competitive salary ($55,000
