Available Weekday Morning Shifts: 5:00am-9:30am M-F Available Weekday Evening Shifts: 2:30pm-6:15pm M-Th 6:15pm-10pm M-Th 2:30pm-7:00pm F Available Weekend Shifts: 8:45am-1:15pm Sat & Sun 1:15pm-5:15pm Sat & Sun Applicant to specify desired shifts: Greet members at the member services desk with a strong commitment to help improve the health and wellbeing of members and guests 25% Help create a culture of wellness by role modeling healthy behaviors; provide excellent customer service; and provide tours for guests and prospective members 15% Process point of sale credit card transactions including selling guest passes and memberships; inputs transactions in the member management system 10% Uphold safety and cleaning policies and clean equipment 10% Manages the lobby area to ensure that it is clean and organized; contacts housekeeping as needed 10% Answers member questions, provide assistance to participants in the Cardio, Weight Room, and other fitness areas 10% Offer new member equipment instruction 5% Serve as Program Assistant as needed and complete all required training 5% Performs opening and closing operational procedures as needed 5% Performs other duties as required 5% First Aid and CPR/AED Training provided Additional Job Description: Physical Requirements: Ability to perform job functions while standing.
