Maintenance Technician
Perform both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of HVAC units, including package units, chiller systems; performs minor repairs to automation or environmental controls as needed. Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide variety of facilities: plumbing, mechanical, electrical, heating, and cooling systems. Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and perform required preventative maintenance duties. Work performed within defined parameters. Have some degree of judgment required in resolving nonstandard problems. Writing procedures and checklists, assisting and training maintenance. Work with engineers in updating and maintaining SOPs and documentation for their system. Operate, adjust, and repair boilers, heating controls, air distribution, and heating systems. Recondition and or/install new parts of a variety of complex mechanical equipment. Operating and performing repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide variety of buildings and facility equipment: UPW Mechanical Electrical Heating and cooling systems Fixtures and systems Liquid Industrial Waste systems Chemical and gas delivery systems Maintenance technician, HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, troubleshooting, Field service, Facilities maintenance, Plumbing, Hydraulics, Preventive maintenance, Building maintenance Maintenance technician, HVAC, Mechanical, Electrical, troubleshooting, Field service, Facilities maintenance Candidate would work well from a technical military experience and/or semiconductor experience. Needs to have strong analytical/troubleshooting experience. Must also be comfortable being on call on weekends in case of emergencies. The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $38.00/hr.
