You'll design, build, and operate full stack systems in Python, and drive LLM (Large Language Model) integrations to power AI-driven features. Alongside platform engineers, you'll deliver robust applications and play an active role in ensuring reliability, automation, and scalability for critical AI services. Full Stack Development: Build and maintain backend and frontend systems for AI-powered platforms using Python and modern frameworks. LLM Integration: Design and implement integrations with LLM providers to enable intelligent features. DevOps & SRE Practices: Contribute to the reliability and performance of production systems. Infrastructure Automation: Work with CI/CD workflows, automate testing and releases, and support Infrastructure-as-Code practices. Incident Support: Participate in on-call rotations, respond to incidents, troubleshoot production issues. Collaboration: Partner with platform, AI/ML, product, and operations teams to define requirements, ship features, and improve system health. Documentation: Write and maintain technical documentation, including runbooks and knowledge base articles. Continuous Improvement: Stay current with best practices in software engineering, DevOps, SRE, and AI/LLM integrations. Education and Work Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering (Required) 3+ years of software engineering experience, with hands-on development of full stack applications. Proficient in Python and familiar with at least one frontend framework. Experience integrating LLM APIs into production applications. Knowledge of cloud platforms for deploying, scaling, and operating software. Familiarity with SRE or DevOps practicesmonitoring, observability, CI/CD, automation, and basic incident response. Experience with logging and monitoring tools. Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications:

Exposure to AI/ML infrastructure, LLM observability, or prompt engineering. Experience participating in on-call rotations or incident management in production environments. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year.
