Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in corrective maintenance, project execution, and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical and electrical experience, with the ability to read schematics and perform a wide range of maintenance tasks. Responsibilities
Perform maintenance and troubleshooting on metal forming equipment including mechanical and hydraulic presses, automated resistive welding lines, roll forming systems, MIG/MAG automated welding, overhead chain and roller conveyors, and E-Coat and Top Coat painting systems. Work with hydraulic systems such as pumps, pressure regulators, cylinders, valves, and hose assemblies, and read and interpret hydraulic schematics. Handle pneumatic systems including valves, and read and interpret pneumatic schematics. Conduct welding and metal fabrication using cutting torch, MIG and arc welding, drilling, tapping, and general fabrication work. Maintain power transmission systems including air clutches/brakes, gearboxes, reducers, coupling alignment, and gear and sprocket/chain assembly. Perform mechanical tasks including bearing assembly and use of precision measurement tools like calipers, micrometers, and dial gauges. Support electrical maintenance with motor controls, circuit protection, wire sizing, relays, proximity sensors, photo eyes, and limit switches. Essential Skills
Minimum 5 years of relevant industrial maintenance experience. Industrial Maintenance Certificate (Required). Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in PLC troubleshooting. Knowledge of 3-phase systems. Experience with preventive maintenance. Ability to interpret schematics for electrical troubleshooting. Why Work Here?
