Barclays Services Corp. seeks Capital and Leverage Management, Sr. Assistant VP in New York, NY (multiple positions). Job duties include supporting business as usual capital management of local legal entities, conducting the capital application process in the US for all entities, understanding Basel IV requirements, supporting quarterly capital adequacy assessments, assisting in planning and executing all capital actions for the US holding company and subsidiary entities, managing the IHC Total Loss Absorbing Capital and eligible debt instruments, establishing internal procedures and capital targets, monitoring capital levels and distribution plans of subsidiaries and non-local entities, identifying and driving the implementation of initiatives aimed at optimizing consolidated capital usage, and supporting global CaLM legal entity management transaction cycle and group-wide capital management efforts. Requirements include a Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Economics, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Business or related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Rate of pay is $142,600 to $150K per year.
