As key member of this team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategy, execution, and commercialization of our mission autonomy solutions. What You'll Do:
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support our Product leads in developing & executing strategic plans. Analyze and shape the business models that underpin market expansion opportunities. Support go-to-market strategy, planning and execution for new product launches, including positioning, messaging, and pricing and international expansion. Define and execute best-in-class product management practices. Effectively communicate information to key stakeholders. Work with our Hivemind team to determine pricing strategy and business case analysis for emergent opportunities. Required Qualifications:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve issues proactively. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, anticipate risks and meet deadlines. Ability to create financial models to support business case analysis. Experience working with government, defense, or aerospace customers, with familiarity in DoD procurement and acquisition processes. Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance. Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or a related technical field. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications
2+ years as an MBB consultant. High-level technical understanding of autonomous systems, including software engineering, AI/ML, autonomy, networking, and embedded systems. $158,854 - $238,280 a year Pay within range listed + Bonus + Benefits + Equity Temporary employee offer package: Pay within range listed above + temporary benefits package (applicable after 60 days of employment) Salary compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location. All offers are contingent on a cleared background and possible reference check. Military fellows and part-time employees are not eligible for benefits.
