Renewals Manager

If so, we'd love to hear from you! We're looking for a Renewals Manager to own the end-to-end renewal process for a portfolio of high-value customer accounts. You'll play a critical role in driving retention, optimizing contract terms, and ensuring a seamless customer experience
all while maintaining a Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) rate of 93% or higher. Responsibilities
Own the full renewal lifecycle for a portfolio of customers ($50K$100K ARR) Develop and execute proactive renewal and risk mitigation strategies 120+ days before contract expiry Analyze contracts, generate accurate renewal quotes, and negotiate terms to maximize value Maintain a 120-day rolling forecast and manage pipeline in Salesforce Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with Account Managers to drive growth Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and resolve renewal-impacting issues Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, and Product teams Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements Skills and Experience
Experience in Renewals, Account Management, or Customer Success in a subscription/SaaS business Proven track record of meeting/exceeding renewal and revenue targets Strong negotiation and contract management skills Proficiency in Salesforce and renewal management tools Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making About Ideagen Ideagen is the invisible force behind many things we rely on every day - from keeping airplanes soaring in the sky, to ensuring the food on our tables is safe, to helping doctors and nurses care for the sick.
