Business Analyst
Exeter Information Technology Services is seeking a Business Analyst to support the US Army Contracting Command (ACC) Chief Information Officer/G6 Headquarters (HQ) located at 4505 Martin Road, Redstone Arsenal (RSA), AL. The ACC enterprise consists of over 6,200 military and civilian contracting professionals located at contracting offices across the United States and outside the United States. Information Technology (IT) services supports ACC's global contracting mission to the warfighters through the full spectrum of military operations. Responsibilities: Support the IT Business & Finance team of contractors in communicating, monitoring, and assisting the ACC G6 appointed Officers in executing the Records Management (RM) Program, Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Program, and Tasker Management Tool (TMT) Program. Use strong communication skills to facilitate formal and informal discussions with the ACC enterprise user community and with senior leaders. These areas have specifically designed reporting timelines and procedures and will require attention to detail, understanding of regulatory policies and adherence to associated programs, policies, and guidance. Qualifications: Experience/certification Army Records Management (ARIMS) Freedom of Information and Privacy Acts Case Tracking System (FACTS) Army Tasker Management (ie TMT, ServiceNow etc.) Willingness to attain IAM Level I certification Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status.
