Shop Foreman, Electronic Assembly & Repair Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm Pay Rate: $30+/hr DOE Location: Rosenberg, TX Experience: 3-5 years We are excited to share a new opportunity! We are looking for a Shop Foreman in Rosenberg, TX. The ideal candidate has proven experience leading manufacturing or assembly teams preferably with electronics and electronic components. While this is primarily a leadership position, the right candidate will be able to roll up their sleeves and lead by example. This is a great opportunity to work for a local company undergoing significant growth. Shop Foreman Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage a team of electronic technicians, assemblers, and repair specialists. This includes scheduling, performance evaluations, and providing mentorship. Oversee daily workshop operations, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within quality standards. Assist in the assembly and repair of complex electronic circuits and components as needed. Maintain and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Manage inventory of electronic parts, tools, and equipment. You'll be responsible for ordering supplies and maintaining an organized workspace. Provide technical guidance and training to team members on new equipment, repair techniques, and best practices. Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering and quality assurance, to address technical issues and improve product design and repair processes. Shop Foreman Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in a supervisory or foreman role within an electronic manufacturing or repair environment. Strong technical expertise in electronic assembly, soldering, and troubleshooting. Experience with seismic equipment is a major plus. Excellent leadership and communication skills. You must be able to effectively manage a team and communicate with different departments. Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in an electronic workshop. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills. High school diploma or GED required; an Associate's degree or above in electronics or a related field is highly preferred. Benefits of working with PrideStaff:
