What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Construction Administrator / Dispatcher to join our team part-time, working in the afternoons from approximately 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. This role is critical to our operations, ensuring smooth scheduling and coordination for our technicians, equipment rentals, and subcontractor management.
Responsibilities
Prepare and Dispatch Work Orders: Create and distribute daily work orders for all technicians, ensuring they have the correct locations and necessary parts for each job. Equipment Coordination: Coordinate the rental and scheduling of all necessary equipment ahead of jobs, including acquiring and sending purchase orders (POs).
Qualifications
Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and effective time management abilities. A proactive and hardworking attitude with a desire for personal and professional growth. Familiarity with new technologies and a willingness to embrace innovation.
