We are seeking a successful Enterprise Account Executive with a proven track record in B2B sales and a passion for growth in the SaaS space. Your role will involve expanding our Enterprise account base through relationship building, introducing innovative solutions to new clients, and deepening existing partnerships to increase Zendesk's impact. Responsibilities:

Drive revenue growth by acquiring new Enterprise customers and developing strategies for top-tier accounts. Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue and profitability. Manage and nurture key customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention, fostering long-term partnerships. Use data insights and customer history to prospect new clients and improve retention and expansion strategies. Create quarterly territory plans with strategies to increase market share in the Enterprise sector. Understand Zendesk products thoroughly and align them with client business objectives to secure expansion and satisfaction. Lead complex sales cycles, including multi-month deals with proof of concept stages, especially with high-revenue customers. Maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities and accurate sales forecasts to meet revenue targets. Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales strategies and execution. Negotiate and close complex deals using a consultative approach, presenting compelling value propositions. Stay informed about Zendesk solutions, industry trends, and the competitive landscape. Qualifications:

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience. At least 8 years of experience in cloud/software B2B sales or solution engineering, with a proven record of exceeding targets. Strong track record of achieving sales quotas in recent years; President’s club membership is a plus. Experience managing complex sales cycles and renewals, including multi-month, value-centric processes. Experience working with organizations generating over $2 billion in revenue. Proven ability to sell to VP and C-level executives in Enterprise accounts. Excellent presentation, negotiation, and deal-closing skills. Experience in creating and leveraging territory and account plans. Entrepreneurial spirit, collaborative mindset, and drive for growth. Industry experience and ability to build relationships with key decision-makers. Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Clari, Seismic, and Looker. Ability to travel to client locations as needed. About Us
