Who you are:
As a
Marketing Production Coordinator , you are the marketing liaison, responsible for coordinating logistical requirements for all marketing projects, collateral materials, and campaigns. In this role, you will use your effective communication skills to facilitate communication across divisions to ensure that collateral materials and corporate advertising programs are effective and distributed properly. You are energized by collaboration and will have the opportunity to working directly with various internal and external subject matter experts to develop collateral and marketing materials. Most importantly, this role is about effectively representing the voice of Frost with integrity, caring, and excellence in mind.
What you'll do: Work directly with various internal and external subject matter experts to develop collateral and advertising materials based on bank services offered, market potential, competitive situations, and company objectives With professional assistance from an advertising agency, prepare detailed collateral materials and advertising programs designed to obtain maximum penetration per dollar expended. Sits on a committee that works with the agency Participate in the creation and development of advertising copy (displays, newspapers, radio, television), collateral materials (direct mail, lobby materials, brochures), and other documents as needed Review the effectiveness of collateral and advertising programs, making revisions, and recommending changes when necessary Advise management concerning relevant marketing and advertising matters Responsible for ensuring that collateral and advertising transactions are archived and can be referenced for regulatory purposes Perform all other duties as assigned What you'll need:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft computer applications. Additional Preferred Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing. 3 - 5 years of experience in a relevant field. Our Benefits:
