Competently performs routine and specialized computerized tomography and x-ray procedures to produce quality images for physicians and other health care providers for the diagnosis, treatment, monitoring, and prevention of injury or disease. Works independently, exercising sound judgment and developed clinical skills to execute safe and precise procedures that deliver accurate results in a timely manner. Gains confidence and cooperation from the patient, their family/support group, and other healthcare providers through competent patient assessment, attentive monitoring, and effective communication. Adheres to all local/state/federal regulations, codes, policies, and procedures to ensure privacy and safety while delivering optimal patient care. May also be responsible for performing specific procedures and/or helping orient other staff to the department.
Ax Eligibility & Requirements Requirement Details Experience 1 year minimum required; 2 years required for submission Certifications BLS (AHA), CA CRT Licensure, CA Venipuncture Licensure, ARRT CT Travel Experience Preferred but not required Charting System Epic preferred Special Requirements Must be available for lab work within 3–5 days of signing; Valid state license at time of submission; 50-mile travel requirement (locals accepted at lower rate) Floating May float to other locations if census is low Background Policy Must disclose any background hits or DUIs prior to submission Return Staff Policy Must be gone 1 year to return as traveler RTO Policy Only one holiday will be approved Orientation Modules completed during orientation (1–5 hours; included in non-billable orientation) Weekend Coverage Every other weekend; 12-hour shifts in rotation #HCRR About LanceSoft
